Richard Rawls, 63, of Phoenix passed away on February 13, 2010. Richard is loved by his wife, Judy, daughter, Andrea, son James and his wife Lisa, and his grandchildren: Sara, Nathan and Emily Perkins, and Marie and Jacob Rawls. Services will be held on Friday, February 19, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the L.D.S chapel, 3802 North 59th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.
